Mornings with a kick

Popular wisdom refers to breakfast as the most important meal of the day. I for one, agree, but not all breakfasts are created equal.

I try to keep mine as healthy as I can but I am a very moody eater so I can go anywhere from water with lime and fruit to waffles with lots of butter and honey.  To find a happy medium I scoured the web for healthy and tasty breakfast that at least most of my moods could live with. I found this post in written by Kate Morin on March 30th of 2016, she has literally solved the moody breakfast dilemma for me.
